SeGo Aerospace was founded by Kevin Connelly to provide hands-on operating leadership to private equity firms, portfolio companies, and executive teams across the aerospace and aviation MRO market.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Kevin has built, transformed, and scaled aerospace businesses through operational excellence, strategic acquisitions, and profitable growth. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle, from due diligence through acquisition integration, organizational transformation, and long-term value creation.
Throughout his career, Kevin has held executive leadership roles with global aerospace organizations including Sargent Aerospace, Parker Aerospace, and private equity-backed portfolio companies. He has led businesses with more than $75 million in global P&L responsibility, managed international operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, and partnered with boards, investors, and executive leadership teams to improve performance and maximize enterprise value.

KEVIN CONNELLY, GLOBAL AEROSPACE LEADER
Kevin began his aerospace career with Sargent Aerospace, where he helped establish the company's aftermarket strategy, developed global OEM partnerships, and supported its first aerospace aftermarket acquisition. Those early experiences laid the foundation for a career focused on building high-performing organizations and creating value across the aerospace aftermarket.
He later joined Parker Aerospace, where he led business development before relocating to Singapore as General Manager of the Parker–Singapore Airlines Engineering joint venture at Changi Airport. During his four-year international assignment, Kevin optimized operations, expanded commercial capabilities, and completed the joint National University of Singapore/UCLA MBA program.
Kevin returned to Sargent Aerospace to lead Avborne Accessory Group, where he successfully executed a financial turnaround, doubled revenue, and increased EBITDA to more than 15%, establishing the business as a stronger and more profitable enterprise.
Since then, Kevin has continued to serve private equity firms and aerospace organizations as an executive leader, helping portfolio companies scale operations, integrate acquisitions, navigate founder transitions, and create lasting enterprise value.
In 2014, SeGo Aerospace was created. Named after the world-renown marketeer, Seth Godin, the company name is pronounced "Say Go".
